No need to push the envelope

Today I am feeling less stressed.

This is incredible as every week end for the last few months has been, on the contrary, stressful.

What is the difference?

Well, I did not over stretch my energy.

My plan to take the twins out did not cost any money.  I just went first to a nearby park, then drove them to another park, and we ventured walking a bit more than usual.

I had to come back early to change nappies (my wife did).

Just had some rest, and was able to put up with a tantrum of both the twins and the wife.

Now we are all resting, and again I just watched a programme on the Internet (interesting, enriching) for just one hour.

And am watching short videos of a course on creativity as we speak.

My only sin is to have eaten some crisps which are a bit salty and will irritate my bowels.

Hope to meditate a bit before the action starts again in a few minutes.

If I can share a small lesson of the day, is not to push the envelope too much, just do small things, and think how fortunate I am to be alive.

Just try to do things which are good for you.  Don't overdo them.

No need to be super human today.  Or ever.
